School News

This week at Four Winds we enjoyed a sense of normalcy, with all teachers in attendance and almost all of our students. In Humanities class students chose and have started researching the Ancient Civilizations they’ll be studying for the rest of the year, and in Science class students have started studying in Anatomy and Physiology. In addition to their regular studies in math, Latin, geography, and vocabulary, students are working on writing their reading responses to Sun Horse Moon Horse by Rosemary Sutcliff. In Health Class with Brian Melanson from Whole Children/Milestones, students have been discussing healthy relationships, and today in Mathtivity students measured the quiet room and its contents to make a to-scale map of the room!
