School News

This week at school students started reading Sun Horse Moon Horse by Kathleen Fiddler and began writing their second research paper of the school year. In Humanities class, we’ve wrapped up our agriculture unit and are preparing for group projects about ancient villages, city-states, nations, and empires. In science class, students are finishing their unit on cells by making cell models out of clay and a stop motion/claymation about mitosis. Today in Mathtivity students learned about balance, in Skills Workshop they discussed possible career options, we took down the tent, and now students are watching the Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe movie for our fun Friday activity. We hope everyone has a great weekend!
